The color Lavender Paint is a soft, ethereal violet. Specifically, it refers to the shade of the flower of the same name. Using oil paints is a challenge because they need a lot of time to cure, typically about two days. On the other side, they are effective at repelling rain and helping to keep surfaces dry. They work wonderfully on unglazed brick, wood, and other materials.
