Are you looking for instant relief?

Would you rather skip the Tylenol or Advil for something more natural?

Try the roller blends I’ve provided below!

I always say essential oils are magical. They have many healing properties and can be used for a plethora of natural DIYs.

Where to Apply:

When using your Essential Oil Roller Bottle Recipes for Headaches there are a few areas of application that are best. You can roll the blend on your temples, wrists, behind the ears, and to the bottom of your feet.

Your temples are a pulse point which means there are blood vessels for the essential oils to enter the bloodstream faster.

Wrists are another pulse point. If you look at the inside of your wrist, you are able to see many blood vessels close to the skin’s surface, therefore allowing you to experience results quicker.

Your mastoid pressure point is behind the ears. This pressure point can help you experience greater relief from pain, swelling, and inflammation.

Did you know that your feet have some of the largest pores on your body? This means that the pores can easily absorb the essential oils you apply to that particular spot.

It’s really up to you on where you choose to apply these Essential Oil Roller Bottle Recipes for Headaches. Try them all and determine which one works the best for you and your body. For headaches, I personally like to apply essential oils to my temples due to the pain being around the same area.
