3-Ingredient Strawberry Sugar Scrub

Strawberry fields forever!

This sugar scrub smells SO good and was a blast to make.

I always love when I can use real fruit or vegetables in any of my homemade beauty products.

Especially when they come from my garden.

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C which can help combat oily skin.

They are also acidic in nature making it easy to remove excess or dead skin.

Which is why I like to add them in a sugar scrub!

Strawberry juice contains skin lightening extracts which reduce dark spots on the skin.

So using this Strawberry Sugar Scrub on your face may lighten blemishes and acne scars.

So magical!

The other two ingredients are sugar and unrefined coconut oil.

It’s amazing to me how an only 3-ingredient product can be just as effective as let’s say a 7-ingredient product.

You just have to know what the most effective ingredients are and for what part of the body.

If you like sugar scrubs, check out my Stress Relief Sugar Scrub Recipe.  This one is amazing for right before bedtime as it calms and relaxes the skin and your senses!

Slab on this Cinnamon Vanilla Whipped Body Butter right after exfoliating and your skin will feel like pure heaven.

Scoop your Strawberry Sugar Scrub into an airtight container.

Store in the fridge for up to a month.

Since this recipe has fresh fruit, you’ll need to store in the refrigerator for a longer shelf life.

The sugar scrub will last for up to a month but believe me, I’m sure you’ll be using it all up in no time!

The recipe fills two 4-ounce jars or one 8-ounce jar.

These would make great gifts for family and friends during the summer time!

I prefer to use my Strawberry Sugar Scrub in the shower, as it’s way easier to clean up afterward.

Simply wash down the drain and you’re good to go.

Thanks to the coconut oil, it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and silky.
