Ingredient Benefits

Fun fact! Did you know that avocado is a fruit and not a vegetable? Avocado is full of vitamins A, D, E, and also contains proteins, amino acids, magnesium, folic acid, copper, and iron.

Are you thinking what I’m thinking? There’s a lot of good stuff in there. Fatty acids help to moisturize the scalp which helps with dandruff. Avocado is also known to promote hair growth through its vitamins B and E.

Egg yolk is also known for strengthening hair and promoting growth. The two are a perfect pair! Egg yolk contains biotin. Biotin is widely known for keeping hair and nails healthy.

Honey has emollient and humectant properties making it a great moisturizer that adds shine to your hair. The proteins in milk work to strengthen the hair while calcium promotes growth.

There are many benefits of coconut oil. It’s said to be the best oil to use on your hair because it reduces protein loss that are caused by everyday functions. Such as using heat styling products, liquid styling products, and climate changes.

Using too much coconut oil on the hair can make it become greasy and hard to wash out. Just keep an eye on how much you’re using and your hair will love it!
