Bring the spa into their home, without actually having to go to the spa.

There is something magical about soaking in a milk bath and what better way to make it festive by adding some peppermint tea and essential oil.

Powdered milk contains a high amount of vitamins and minerals. When it comes to your skin, it acts as a cleanser that will give you a youthful glow.

Peppermint tea helps to clean skin pores and rejuvenates dull and oily skin. I absolutely love using herbs in my bath and body products. It’s a great natural way to cleanse and heal all types of skin.

Peppermint essential oil has a cooling sensation that is great for relieving sore muscles and aches. If your body isn’t quite adapting to the cold weather, peppermint oil is the best one to use!

How cute to make this gift a little more special by adding the peppermint milk bath mixture into a DIY Christmas Ornament Gift.

Grab some clear ornaments. Leave them as is or decorate them as you please. I purchased ones that were already decorated with white and silver glitter. I added some red glitter glue to give my ornaments a pop of color.

You can also use a variety of different essential oils to add a pleasant aromatherapy smell.

  • Peppermint of course.
  • Wintergreen essential oil is also a nice Christmas scent.
  • Peppermint and sweet orange go wonderfully together.
  • Wintergreen, peppermint, and cinnamon smells like holiday candy.
